Our team reviews your property details, identifies any discrepancies, and advises whether an appeal is recommended.

We do conduct fees for some portfolios.

Do you assist with the full appeal process?

Yes. If an appeal is recommended, we can represent your property throughout the entire BC Assessment appeal process.

This varies. We have appeals that can be resolved after a several days of work, while other more complex appeals have had ongoing issues that have lasted several year. Appeals are always case by case and is hard to predict the time for resolution.

A review is what takes place once we receive your Assessment, our team then gather the necessary information to make a determination on whether or not there is cause of an appeal.

The appeal is the work after filing on January 31, where data is exchanged between us as Agents and BC Assessment Assessors.

What level of involvement is required of me during the appeal process?

Always case by case, as you know your property the best. We require annual document refreshes and sometimes have questions and to confirm that we are on the right track. But it is definitely not everyday that you’ll hear from us.
